History

AIM was founded in 1993. From the beginning, AIM's focus was providing network services and custom software solutions for businesses. Over the years we have continued to develop our expertise while adding only the sharpest to our talented staff. Our technicians work as a team and stay on top of the latest technology and open source solutions. This has resulted in AIM adding many supporting technologies such as remote offsite backup and VOIP phone systems that enable us to truly be a one-stop source for your technology needs.

Since 1993, AIM has provided services for over 450 organizations ranging in size from two users in one office to 1900 users spread over 25 locations.

AIM is extremely well-suited to mid-size organizations (50 - 1000+ users) that want to reap the benefits of our optimized organizational structure, support processes and staff. By always subscribing to a controlled growth philosophy, we remain committed to providing timely and effective support.
