As usual AIM's technician was knowledgeable, professional, punctual and thorough. He not only procured a new laptop for me but after loading all the items requested he ensured I was able to login and open the pertinent aps and ensured the new laptop was operational with my older printer and allowed for seamless continuity with my computer use.
